Super Mario Bros. & The Midas Machine
Welcome to the official NCFC topic for
Super Mario Bros. & The Midas Machine!

Trailer:

Hello old fans and newcomers!

Those of you who remember the booth from last year will unfortunately not see much new stuff. We're hard at work to get the game done, but were stuck in real-life nuisances like education and jobs most of this year. Please understand...

But, not all is lost: You can download a new demo from MFGG that has updated graphics, levels and game mechanics not previously playable at NCFC and check out our new screenshots and a new selection of music composed specifically for Midas Machine!

The Midas Machine team thanks you for your continued support throughout the years, without you we would certainly not have the motivation to finish it! Please play and leave us feedback in this topic or at the MFGG Mainsite in the form of reviews!

RE: Super Mario Bros. & The Midas Machine
As some of you who have checked the booth recently may have seen, we've added a new character to the character page. Say hello to Captain Toad! Like in SM3DW, Captain Toad is unable to jump, at least under normal circumstances.

With the power of springs, Captain Toad is able to get to higher places.

He can also bounce off of enemies to get around.

Or he can bounce off of them to get higher.

As you would expect, his levels have a much different feel in terms of the layout.

They will often have a more maze like structure.

Aw, man, I didn't get to see any Captain Toad when I played the demo. Maybe I'll look for him next time.
